- Free standard shipping: We currently offer free standard shipping for all orders.
Delivery times
- Standard delivery: Delivery usually takes place within 3-7 working days after receipt of payment. Please note that deliveries to remote areas or islands may take longer.
Additional notes
- Delivery address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and complete to avoid delays.
- Deliveries to packing stations: We currently do not offer delivery to PO boxes or packing stations
- Delivery times: Public holidays are not considered working days and may affect the delivery time.
- Shipment tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can check the status of your delivery at any time.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we are of the opinion that the address is unsafe, for example in the case of municipal postal addresses or post office boxes. In such a case, we will notify you immediately.
